We are pleased to welcome you to Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. Please be informed that the new procurement system (ADPF Sourcing - Oracle) was officially launched on 20 January 2026, replacing the previous (Monafasa) platform.

The new ERP system will cover all procurement and supplier-related activities, including:

  • Supplier Registration and Qualification.
  • Supplier Profile Updates.
  • Sourcing Activities.
  • Managing Clarifications and Inquiries.
  • Purchase Order Management.
  • Contract Management.
  • Electronic Goods Receipt / Work Completions.
  • Electronic Invoice Submission.
  • Payment Status Tracking.
  • Supplier Performance Evaluation.

1) Who should register?
Any company, service provider, contractor, or supplier interested in doing business with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (ADPF) is required to register through the ADPF Sourcing Portal.
Note: ADPF reserves the right to Approve/Reject the submitted registration profile.

2) How do I register?
Suppliers can register through the ADPF Sourcing Portal by completing the online registration form and submitting all required information and supporting documents.
Note: All requirements available on ‘’New Registration User Manual’’.

3) How long does approval take?
Registration requests are reviewed within a 3 working days, subject to but not limited to:
• Validity of documents & Compliance with ADPF requirements
Note: Incomplete applications or expired documents may result in delays or rejection.

4) Can suppliers update their information after registration?
Yes. Suppliers may update their profile and company information through the portal at any time. Please note:

  • Certain changes may require ADPF review and approval
  • Suppliers are responsible for maintaining valid and updated information
  • Expired licenses or incomplete profiles impact status & participation eligibility

5) What should I do if I forget my password?
Suppliers can reset their password by selecting the “Forgot Password” option available on the portal login page and following the reset instructions.
Note: for any support needed, supplier should email supplier.registration@pension.gov.ae

6) Does registration guarantee qualification or business opportunities?
No. Registration in the ADPF Sourcing Portal does not guarantee:

  • Supplier qualification or approval
  • Invitation to sourcing activities
  • Award of contracts or purchase orders
  • All suppliers are subject to ADPF evaluation, qualification requirements, and business needs.

7) Is there any registration fee?
No. Supplier registration in the ADPF Sourcing Portal is completely free of charge.
ADPF does not authorize any third party to collect fees for supplier registration or qualification services.
